No matter what you say, you’re at least a little interested to know what’s going to happen inside the Q tonight when Lady GaGa hits the stage. But, like me, you may not be interested enough to throw down over $50 to get in the door, plus deal with beer and food prices, stadium seating, and post-event parking garage madness. So, might I suggest getting dolled up and hitting an alternative event tonight: The Filthy Glamour Party.
At 9 PM tonight, head to the Fortress Nightclub where GaGa’s openers from the show tonight Semi Precious Weapons and DJ Lady Starlight will be performing special sets. I usually don’t find myself pumping events in the Warehouse district, but I’ve heard awesome things about SPW’s live show experience – which has been compared to Bowie and Queen. It’s free until 11 pm, $10 after. Dress crazy, down the good stuff, and go dance around downtown tonight.
