Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin – Let It Sway

I’ve been on the heels of Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin since my days as a college radio DJ spinning their 2005 debut Broom week in and out for the small town masses. Two albums and a sign to Polyvinyl later we find SSLYBY a more matured and striking force in the indie rock world with Let it Sway. The lyrical and melodic greatness of this album won’t fly under the radar for long, so grab your copy soon.
Darker My Love – Alive As You Are

Dangerbird / buy / @darkermylove
California’s Darker My Love is a psychedelic five-piece releasing their junoir album on Dangerbird this week. Straying a bit from the path beaten out by their previous two records, this 11-track arrangement represents a shift in the life and art of DML’s Tim Presley, who promises that this time around you’ll find more honest and raw emotion in his songwriting.
Matthew Dear – Black City

Black City marks the fourth release from producer and DJ Matthew Dear. For fans of minimal techno music, Dear is a must have for any collection. Don’t expect too many surprises on this one, he’s stayed pretty consistent on his sound.
